Working in staffing service offers a variety of rewards and caters for those with different expectations.

We offer permanent, temporary and long term staff placements. The given rates applicable to EMPLOYERS Only.

 

A) Permanent Placement:

 

Agency Fee equivalent to:

 

For Salary above S$3000.00	→	80% of the employee’s first month salary will be chargeable to the Employer within 7 days of employment
For Salary between S$1500.00 to S$3000.00	→	70 % of the employee’s first month salary will be chargeable to the Employer within 7 days of employment
For Salary below S$1500.00	→	60 % of the employee’s first month salary will be chargeable to the Employer within 7 days of employment

 

 

B) Temporary Placement

 

For employment period less than 1 month	→	$200.00
For employment period 1 to 2 months	→	$300.00
For employment beyond 2 months	→	same as Permanent Rate

 

 

Note: Above rates are for one-time charge to Employers only.

 

Service Guarantee

 

This service guarantee applicable to Permanent Placement Service only. 1S Staffing Services guarantees that the staff placed by us will work for  a minimum period of 1 month. In the event that the staff resigns or found not suitable by the Employer within the one-month trial period, the Agency will undertake to find suitable replacement/s at no extra charge. Subject to a maximum of  2 replacements. The one-month trial period takes effect from the date of first employment.
